30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Ora Wellness product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your order confirmation email

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at help.orasupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • A refund will be applied to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at help.orasupport@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item

We will send you a replacement at no cost.


Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need a different product, please return your item and place a new order.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times may vary
  3. If you still have not received it, email us at help.orasupport@gmail.com
